Our holiday shipping guidelines are found below. While we cannot guarantee delivery for Christmas based on these shipping calculations (we’re not Santa!), we feel comfortable providing the following guidance for holiday orders.
Based on trends we’ve seen and information we’ve gathered from our shipping partners, we recommend placing your order by Wednesday, December 13, 2023, if you plan to place the item under the tree for Christmas, when shipping to the contiguous United States. Our warehouse team is hard at work processing orders and keeping up with demand. Keep in mind that there will be additional processing time, typically at least 1-2 business days, not included in the transit days.
As Christmas approaches, when shipping outside the contiguous United States, such as to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico, we cannot guarantee shipments will arrive in time for Christmas. We highly recommend upgrading shipping when ordering to these locations to increase the chances your order arrives in time.
